This contract involved the refurbishment of an industrial unit and conversion into the most modern franchised dealership in the area.

The work included the construction of offices for 70 staff, “Rapid fit” bay, paint shop, workshops and hard landscaping.

The project was completed on time and within budget, whilst the client was in occupation.

Conversion of Showroom into a dual franchise building for Bryan Brothers Holdings.

The work involved a complete strip-out, New M & E, ceilings, tiled floors and internal office space with a customer reception area.
